The Flow

Mindful Mondays Take time to focus, relax and reset before the week kicks into full gear and becomes overwhelming.

New Workout WednesdaysFor Digital Studio Members *NEW* classes are posted every week on Wednesday, so start your new cycle of workouts until the next week! (Did you know we teach in weekly cycles at Meraki Studio? In-person classes repeat content throughout the week so you get the chance to master every series and sequence, and target various areas of your body. At the end of the week, fresh content is created!)

Feel Good Fridays – Are you drinking enough water and staying hydrated?! Perhaps you can perform a random act of kindness?! Share some gratitude and love with others to bring joy to yourself and those around you.

Social Saturdays/Sweaty Saturdays – Try a new class, engage with other Meraki Community Members on our Community Facebook Group, leave a comment on our Digital Studio videos, share your favorite workouts from the week… stay connected!

Goal Setting Sundays – Prepare to tackle the week by gathering your thoughts and setting goals.

Wednesday 9/23

Take any in-studio or *NEW* WEEKLY Digital Studio class of your choice.

Take at least 1-minute to focus completely on your breathe.

Thursday 9/24

Take any in-studio or Digital Studio class.

Walk, run or stretch outside for at least 10 minutes.

Friday 9/25

Take any in-studio or Digital Studio class.

Commit to at least one day (today or in the near future) completely sugar free.

Drink at least one large glass of water with lemon.

Saturday 9/26

Take any in-studio or Digital Studio class.

Share on Instagram your post workout selfie and tag us with #merakistudiofam.

Sunday 9/27

Take any in-studio or Digital Studio class.

A three minute meditation.

Write down one goal for the week.

Monday 9/28

Take any in-studio or Digital Studio class.

Write down three things you are grateful for and rest.

Tuesday 9/29
